Marc Malone
General Manager

As General Manager of Aotea Electric Auckland branch, Marc
Malone oversees all aspects of the operation, including administration, project and service
departments. Marc is very happy to discuss any contract or project pricing request, and to finalise tender
invitations and budget requests. Marc has had over 25 years experience in the electrical industry, performing
Project Management and General Management for the larger part of this time.

Ian Williams manages
our Project team and ensures successful project completion from design to implementation. Liasing with our
clients, Ian ensures all neccessary project coordination, resourcing, programming and design input. Ian
has had 22 years experience in the electrical industry, successfully managing projects from onset to
project completion.

Warren Anderson
Service Manager

As Service Manager, Warren Anderson manages and
coordinates all service and maintenance operations, including residential servicing and commercial maintenance.
Warren will offer expert advice, and will work closely with each client to ensure all their service and
maintenance needs are recognised and implemented. Warren will also provide budgets and quotations for proposed
work.

Recent Projects
Gateway Albany "E2" Retail Development
Gateway Albany "E2" involved the electrical infrastrucure and reticulation of a 22,200 m2 bulk retail
and commercial development, including multi-level parking. The scope of this project was approximately
5000 hours, and with a value of about $680,000.

Building "D", Highbrook Estate
This project involved the construction of a 3-storey, 4000 m2 office facility, including full electrical fitout
work for Ford New Zealand. A $450,000 project, this involved approximately 2500 hours.
Jazmax Architects Office
Situated at 10 August Terrace, this 2-storey office complex was redesigned and extended to accomodate Jazmax
Architects as a separate tenancy. Aotea Electric Auckland redesigned the building reticulation and landlord services
to suit. Working with Jazmax Architects' design brief, Aotea Electric also completed the electrical design and build
works for the Jazmax tenancy. The scope of this project involved approximately 3000 hours, with a value of
$350,000.
