Recent Projects
Mt Aspiring Hotel
Aotea Wanaka worked closely with the project management and design team to provide a total electrical, fire and communications solution. The 3000hr project respected the hotels need for noise restrictions and a reduced time frame to minimize any operating
disturbance to the hotel and its guests. The end result was the addition of 3 new accommodation blocks, a new pool and gym area and the refurbishment of the reception and restaurant areas.

Wanaka New World
Aotea Wanaka is proud to have been involved with this project as The New World is the unofficial hub of the Wanaka community and the perfect place to show-case Aotea's diverse abilities. The various work included the Electrical, Hvac, generator back up system,
security and CCTV of the initial building and the subsequent refurbishment and upgrades after the floods of 1999 which caused wide spread damage to the area.
Placemakers Wanaka
This job is a good example of how Aotea Wanaka worked together with the Building Contractor and Project Manager to produce a quality product, well under the allowed completion time. This enabled the developer to give Placemakers earlier access to the building
for a more comprehensive store set up.
Brownston House
This project was a joint venture between Aotea Wanaka and Aotea Queenstown that provided the necessary manpower to complete this project efficiently whilst undertaking another large project for the same developer. The 3-storey office development is located in
Wanaka's central business district and contains a number of Wanaka's white-collar businesses.
