When building or altering a commercial property a building consent will be taken out, and at this stage a fire engineer should be engaged. They will help you determine the fire alarm system your property will require and issue a fire report accordingly. After this is determined Aotea can then design, install and have certified a compliant Fire Alarm System in accordance with the Fire Report and NZS4512:2010.
