Marc is very happy to discuss any contract or project pricing request, and to finalise tender invitations and budget requests. Marc has over 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry, carrying out Project and General Management for the larger part of this time. Marc is a major shareholder and Director of the company.

Ian Williams
Commercial Manager / Director

Ian works closely alongside his Contracts Manager and Pre Construction Team to ensure the best planning and successful completion of all large scale projects. Liaising with our clients, Ian oversees project management, resourcing, programming and design input. Ian has 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry, successfully managing projects from the design stage, through to implementation. Ian is a major shareholder and Director of the company.

Lane Fennelly
Service Manager

Lane manages all aspects of service and maintenance for the industrial, commercial and domestic markets. Lane is available to discuss any servicing requirements from commercial maintenance contracts to everyday household electrical repairs, power protection, energy savings, and preventative maintenance. Lane has over 30 years’ experience in electrical servicing. He is focused on providing excellent customer service and is happy to provide quotations for any job, large or small.

Gavin Hamlin
Communications Manager

Gavin manages all aspects of communications and data cabling from major project infrastructure to domestic installations, specialising in office refurbishments and campus environments. He has 30 years’ experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) cabling.

Helga Sawers GDip Bus Mgt
Financial Controller

Helga manages the finance and admin teams, and oversees all aspects of the company’s accounting, finances, payroll, IT, facilities, marketing, human resources, and health & safety systems. Helga has 30 years’ experience in business management, finance and administration.

Rob de Lacey
Contracts Manager

Rob manages the project management team and enjoys resolving some of the more challenging aspects of managing projects. He prides himself on being highly organised, maintaining a high quality of work, and punctuality to ensure happy clients. Rob has over 10 years’ experience in the electrical industry, including a few years carrying out residential and servicing work before becoming a Foreman, then Project Manager, and now Contracts Manager. Rob is also a shareholder of the company.
