ETCO

etco* is a wholly owned subsidiary of ECANZ (Electrical Contractors Association of New Zealand) established to provide employment and training for the electrical industry in New Zealand. Their two main areas of activity are:

  • the employment and placement of electrical apprentices via our group apprenticeship scheme

  • the provision of training courses for apprentices and tradespeople

Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) 

The Electrical Workers Registration Board, established by statute in 1992, is responsible for the ongoing competency of over 30,000 registered electrical and electronic workers. It also promotes electrical and electronic safety to all New Zealanders.
